Located in a gated community in Guarujá, on the coast of São Paulo, Casa NK was designed with a structural concept defined by the interplay of cantilevered volumes on both sides. Created to host the family, the house was conceived as a retreat close to the capital. The plot was vacant, allowing full design freedom on a 525 m² site. The main design principles were the use of natural lighting, cross ventilation, and the presence of nature within the home.
