The renovation and interior design project has been done to attend a young and single man’s demands, who receives many friends and wants a house with a Brazilian identity. The industrial style permeates all the rooms, but with a comfort touch. The natural textures of the materials such as wood, bricks and metal, have become in harmony with the landscaping, and the internal conects whith the external area. Natural lights and cross ventilation are highlights in the construction.
The program accommodates a master suite, an office, a bedroom, a bathroom, a lavatory, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, service area, storage, garage, garden, outdoor living and gourmet area. The uses were divided into two floor plans: on the ground floor there are the social uses and on the first floor the private ones.
