The arrival of a baby into the family is something truly special—and, of course, full of expectations and plans. The renovation of the 90 m² apartment in São Paulo was proposed with exactly this in mind. In addition to revamping the guest bedroom to welcome the new family member, expanding the social area to receive visitors more comfortably was also a wish of the young couple, both around 30 years old. The main challenge, however, was completing the renovation in a short period of time (the owner was already five months pregnant).

Thus, the architectural project proposed a unified design language, with interiors that highlight elements of the industrial style, complemented by the warmth of furniture and objects created by Brazilian designers.
