The reduced area of the apartment was the biggest challange in this project. Different uses should be fit into 58m². The client is a young doctor who works part time at home and defines his apartment as a refuge. The industrial and Brazilian identity in each space, has brought a sophisticated atmosphere. The fair-faced concrete finish is the protagonist that contrasts with the natural wood floor and with the metal pieces.
