The renovation of the 120m² apartment located in Pinheiros had as its premise the sophisticated composition of natural materials with the lightness of industrial metalwork.
The tauari wood ceiling in the social area adds warmth and sets the rhythm of organized lines. Meanwhile, the terrazzo floor reveals the texture of various stones with organic patterns, each with a distinct dimension. The stone of the kitchen countertop and island, which define this space, enhances the light veins on the dark background of Nero marble, almost resembling a hydrographic map, representing the flow of water. The metalwork design extends through the sideboard and shelves, made of plates that seem to float, harmonizing with the different materials. On the terrace, we created an outdoor living atmosphere by bringing in greenery and exposed bricks. The furniture and artwork by Brazilian designers and artists add personality to the apartment. In the private area, we used tauari wood flooring and natural textures like knit, leather, and linen. In the bathrooms, the terrazzo resumes the aesthetic of the social area, with the touch of natural stone and wood creating a moment of tranquility.
