The design concept was to integrate the different uses of the apartment’s social area into a single space. The choice of materials and furnishings was essential to maintaining this unified language. We sought to explore the mix of stone, wood, fabric, and concrete in the kitchen—which is integrated with the living room—in the dining area, and in the service area, which is hidden behind panels.

The use of furniture, lighting, and decorative objects by Brazilian designers was a key premise of the project, with some of these pieces reflecting an upcycling approach.
