The renovation of the 58 m² apartment located in the Pinheiros neighborhood in 2023 had, as its main challenge, the limited area available to accommodate all the uses the client wanted. We began developing the project while the building was still in the planning stage, co-creating every detail up until the handover of the keys.

One of the client’s requests was that we create space for his two saxophones, which he enjoys playing when he is at home. In addition, this apartment needed to be a place where he could study and work remotely—a refuge for the days when he is not at the hospital.
