The renovation of the apartment located in the Pinheiros neighborhood of São Paulo was conceived a year before the keys were handed over, with extensive planning and careful study of every detail. In this project, we kept the layout delivered by the developer. The three bedrooms were maintained: one as a home office for remote-work days, another as the master suite, and the third as the guest room. We fully embraced an industrial style with a sophisticated touch, developing the project so that the textures of natural and handcrafted materials became the main features.
